I had to return one item the response felt kind of slow at first since it took a few days to hear back. At the same time, it wasn’t exactly a huge deal because the refund did come through without any real problems. I’d say it wasn’t perfect, but weirdly enough I still feel like it was handled fairly overall

I bought a Vego Garden bed mainly because I was tired of my old raised bed turning into a soggy mess every time it rained. I’ll admit I’m already a little biased toward metal garden beds because I like how clean they look, but this one actually backed it up. We’ve had a couple of heavy storms since I set it up, and there were no puddles sitting around or that gross muddy soil situation I used to deal with.

My tomatoes and herbs already seem to be doing better, though maybe I’m just extra hopeful because I really wanted this bed to work out. Setup was straightforward too, which I appreciated because I’m definitely not some expert gardener. So far, the drainage has been great, and I’d happily give it 5 stars.

I noticed right away that the site was laid out in a logical way, so it didn’t take me long to spot what I needed. Checkout followed the usual simple steps without any weird surprises, which I appreciated. Overall, quick and easy

I was already half-expecting to have to double-check a bunch of stuff or deal with some random extra step, but it was normal. I added what I needed, went through the usual details, and before I really had time to think about it, the order was placed. The confirmation showed up right away too, so overall the checkout ended up being easy enough.

I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first and kept checking the bed in the sun, thinking it was probably just a gimmick. But the soil really doesn’t seem to heat up as much, and my plants have been doing better since I started using it. Happy with it so far.

I really like how these beds fit into my space. It reminds me of how my sister is always rearranging her place to make things work better, and this has that same kind of flexibility. I can add pieces when I need to, which makes it super easy to change things around.

I was getting impatient waiting to sort out my order issue, but they jumped in and helped me really fast. i just wanted it fixed already, and they handled it without dragging things out

This feels really safe and well-made. I also didn’t notice any weird plastic smell, which is always a big plus for me...

The website is clean and easy to move around, and I do like the modern look overall. That said, a few pages feel a little crowded, like they maybe tried to fit too much in at once. Still, it’s a nice-looking site and mostly pleasant to browse.

I ordered a raised garden bed from Vego Garden, it’s nicer than I expected. The panels feel sturdy, and the finish actually looks clean and not like one of those flimsy kits you regret buying halfway through opening the box.

Putting it together was mostly straightforward, although a few screws acted like they had bigger plans than lining up properly. It was a little annoying, but not enough to ruin the experience. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably buy another one.

They sent the missing part out without making it a big deal, and it arrived a few days later. Shipping stuff happens, so I’m not too bothered. Overall, good customer service, and the bed looks really nice now that it’s all put together

The bed looks nice enough, but the soil capacity was a bit disappointing. The wording made it seem like it would hold more than it actually does, so that felt kind of misleading. It works fine for herbs or smaller plants, but I wouldn’t count on it for anything bigger.

Thankfully, everything lined up just fine. The cover and brackets fit the bed without me having to drill new holes or mess with it much at all. It’s nice when add-ons actually work the way they’re supposed to. I’m happy with how it all came together.
